Supporting those who create
One thread runs through our everyday work: the belief that technology, when it is done well, should also serve those who share our values, before they share a budget. That is why, alongside our clients' projects, we put our skills and our platform Artistwall at the service of cultural organisations we believe in. Not as sponsorship, not for visibility: simply because it feels right.
Visarte Ticino. The association of Ticino's visual artists
“Every man is an artist.” Joseph Beuys
Some have taken these words seriously for more than 150 years.
Visarte Ticino is the professional association for the visual arts in the canton: it brings together artists and architects who work professionally in the visual arts, along with the people and institutions that support their work. Not a club, not a circle: a cultural stronghold.
Founded in 1865 as the Society of Swiss Painters, Sculptors and Architects, it became Visarte in 2001. Today it has about 120 members in Ticino and more than 3,000 across Switzerland, organised in regional sections. It protects its members' artistic, professional, legal and cultural-political interests and fosters dialogue between artists and those who follow their work.
OFFICINEBIT believes in this mission, and the Visarte Ticino website runs on Artistwall. Because supporting those who create is not just about applause: it means building the tools that give creativity solid roots, lasting visibility and real recognition.
NoPlace. The exhibition that builds itself
NoPlace is a social experiment like no other: a one-day exhibition and gathering in which every artist is also a curator and every invitation creates new connections, following the logic of the rhizome. No hierarchy, no centre: only trust and relationships.
From the first edition in the former Pirelli factory in Monza in 2015, through castles, museums and towns, to the fifth, held in Maloja on 19 September 2026. We built the platform that tells this story, and keeps telling it.
A14 Original fine art printing
A14 is the research and production space of Daniela Lorenzi, who for thirty years has been building bridges between artists and the world of original fine art printing and art publishing: limited editions, artists' books, three-dimensional works and installations, for institutions, museums, galleries and private clients in Italy and abroad.
At the heart of A14 is a studio in Milan that keeps the quiet atmosphere of the historic art print workshops while embracing new technologies: a place where artist, printer, tools and techniques meet, and where every project grows out of genuine dialogue and shared research.
It is this wealth of thirty years of work that OFFICINEBIT has chosen to help preserve and share. We are working with Daniela Lorenzi to build a tailor-made historical archive in FileMaker Pro client-server: not just a database, but a tool to document every project rigorously, trace collaborations over time and make accessible, today and tomorrow, the record of a body of work that deserves to be known and handed down.
