All your event's photos, in one place

Every exhibition, opening or festival leaves behind hundreds of images, but they are scattered: on the phones of those who were there, on the social media profiles of those who posted them, in the folders of those who took photos on their own.

Photogallery brings them together in a single archive, organised and searchable, which belongs to the organiser.

How it works

A web address and a QR code for each event.
Anyone who was there uploads photos and videos from their phone or computer, without installing anything and in their original formats, including iPhone HEIC.
Every file carries its author's name: a one-time registration is all it takes, with no fields to fill in at each upload.
Every image arrives already sorted, with a short description and the place where it was taken, chosen from a list you prepare.

Like social media, without the drawbacks

No advertising and no profiling of the people who upload.
No algorithm deciding which images to show first.
No training of artificial intelligence systems with your images.
No sharing with third parties.
Data stored in Switzerland and Europe, on our own infrastructure.
You decide what to publish, what to keep and for how long.

The archive is a working tool, not a product to be monetised.

Who it is for

Museums, galleries, foundations, biennials, festivals and artist archives: anyone who needs to gather the visual memory of an event in an orderly way and reuse it for a catalogue, an exhibition or a publication.

Tested in the field

Photogallery made its debut at the fifth edition of NoPlace, in Maloja, on 19 September 2026: hundreds of artists documented a day of events spread across the whole village.
