The promoting committee for the archive and catalogue raisonné of the works of Alfredo Chighine creates and manages the archive and the catalogue raisonné of Alfredo Chighine's works, collecting, documenting and certifying paintings, sculptures, drawings and prints, verifying their provenance, attribution and chronology, and promoting the publication of the catalogue as well as studies, exhibitions and loans.
It carries out documentary and bibliographic research, technical analysis for authentication, inventorying and digitisation of the works, the writing of detailed critical records and the handling of requests from museums, galleries and collectors, as well as organising conferences, exhibitions and publications.
All inventoried works can be viewed in list view and in record view. Each work is linked to its own documents, exhibitions, bibliography and images.
The images section is used to manage media files and to view, import and organise photos of the works, the exhibitions and their context.
